Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or related field with Master's Degree Preferred with 12 to 15 years of experience.
Extensive experience in Human Resources with a deep understanding of employment laws and best practices
Extensive experience dealing with multi-site, multi-state manufacturing organization.
Proven ability to deal 1:1 with local and international Union leadership having effectively responding to grievance and creating effective settlements to disputes
