How you'll make an impact

  • Lead and manage service and warranty projects, ensuring customer satisfaction and project success

  • Contribute to the improvement of existing processes and tools, fostering innovation and efficiency

  • Oversee service projects and multi-year contracts, acting as the primary contact for customer inquiries and support

  • Utilize SAP to process orders, plan, and monitor costs and deadlines, ensuring project milestones are met

  • Address warranty and quality issues with a hands-on approach, ensuring technical excellence

  • Drive the sales of service projects, preparing competitive quotations and tracking their progress

  • Collaborate with suppliers to request and manage offers, ensuring the best outcomes for projects

Your background

  • Bachelor's or technical degree (FH/HF/TS), preferably in electrical engineering, with an experience in power electronics systems and/or control technology

  • Ideally, 2-3 years of experience in the field, with a proven track record of success

  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate in a diverse environment

  • Proficiency in ERP and other relevant software solutions, particularly SAP in SD/CS, with a basic understanding of surrounding modules

  • Knowledge of contract, change, and claim management to navigate complex project requirements

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities to tackle challenges effectively

  • A hands-on mentality with a focus on customer satisfaction and achieving results

  • Motivation to make decisions, supported by a collaborative team spirit and strong leadership skills

  • Openness to learning and adjusting to changes, fostering a dynamic and inclusive work environment
