• Global team management including both solid and dotted lines reports.

• Establish knowledge exchange and best practice sharing practices across teams.

• Implement lean principles to eliminate waste and improve cycle times.

• Define and track KPIs to measure delivery performance, process effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.

• Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry standards.

• Support assessments and audits, implement corrective actions as needed.

• Establish projects portfolio and drive projects execution leveraging project management principles.

Your background

• A master's or bachelor's degree in software engineering, product engineering, or organizational management.

• Proven experience in software delivery or operations management within a technology or engineering environment.

• Solid project management experience, active certification will be a plus.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and change management skills.

• Experience in process improvement, metrics-driven decision-making, and continuous delivery practices.

• Understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).

• Fluent written and spoken English.
