How you'll make an impact

• Define the technical elements of IT Solutions and ensure alignment with HE enterprise architecture guidelines and strategy

• Collaborate with the Service Delivery team to estimate effort and cost, complexity and risk, for any new IT Demands in the portfolio

• Provide technical review of requirements to map business requests to standard tools and functionality, and identify where additional customization or custom development would be required

• Help define the technical specifications for new solutions or significant enhancements to existing solutions

• Support the Run organization with incident and problem resolution when technical expertise is required

• Assist with the review and evaluation of incoming Change Requests

• Evaluate new applications, tools and technologies that would be valuable additions to the internal IT landscape

Your background

• Strong IT project management skills.

• Experience in building IT integrations

• Knowledge of finance, budgeting and financial reporting.

• SAP FI/CO experience

• Ability to communicate effectively with business users as well as technical teams.

• Ability to create and update application and project documentation in English

• Knowledge of HE IT Project governance process.
