Votre impact

• Fermeture, ouverture et création de bons de travail ; maintenir une documentation claire et assurer une fluidité pour les travaux qui sont ou seront exécutés

• Suivi quotidien des achats de la maintenance

• Assister à la coordination et planification quotidienne des travaux de la maintenance

• Vérifier et enregistrer la réception des commandes dans le système Ariba

• Organiser les déplacements pour récupérer ou livrer des pièces chez les fournisseurs

• Participer aux revues journalières d'opération T1/T2 pour suivre l'avancement des projets

• Créer et maintenir des indicateurs de performance pour évaluer l'exécution du plan et la performance du département

• Préparer les kits de matériel nécessaires pour les différentes tâches ou projets

• Vérifier la disponibilité des pièces et composants requis

• Suivre l'utilisation du matériel et réapprovisionner les stocks si nécessaire

• Sélectionner et contacter les sous-contractants appropriés

• Planifier les interventions des sous-contractants en fonction des priorités du projet

• Suivre l'avancement des travaux et s'assurer de la qualité des prestations

• Mettre à jour le logiciel GuideTI pour le suivi des maintenances à faire dans l'usine

Votre expérience

• Baccalauréat ou diplôme collégial en gestion des opérations et logistique ou autre domaine connexe.

• Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience dans un milieu manufacturier dans un rôle de contrôle de la production ou domaine connexe.

• Compétences informatiques et capacité d'adaptation aux nouveaux systèmes et processus.

• Expérience dans SAP, notamment avec les modules de matériel et de planification (MM, PS et PP).

• Maîtrise de la langue française et anglaise.

• Permis de conduire classe 5.

How you'll make an impact

• Closing, opening and creating work orders; maintaining clear documentation and ensuring fluidity for work that is or will be carried out

• Daily monitoring of maintenance purchases

• Assist in daily coordination and planning of maintenance work

• Check and record receipt of orders in Ariba system

• Organize travel to retrieve or deliver parts to suppliers

• Participate in daily T1/T2 operations reviews to monitor project progress

• Create and maintain performance indicators to assess plan execution and department performance

• Prepare the necessary equipment kits for the different tasks or projects

• Check availability of required parts and components

• Monitor equipment use and replenish stocks if necessary

• Select and contact the appropriate subcontractors

• Plan contractor interventions according to project priorities

• Monitor the progress of work and ensure the quality of the services

• Update the IT guide software for monitoring maintenance to be performed in the plant

Your Background

• Bachelor's degree or college degree in Operations Management and Logistics or other related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment in a production control role or related field.

• IT skills and ability to adapt to new systems and processes.

• Experience in SAP, including hardware and planning modules (MM, PS and PP).

• Fluent in French and English.

• Class 5 driving license.
