**How you'll make an impact**  
  

-   Support service activities at the site and, where possible, at customer locations
-   Prepare and follow up materials and tools for service operations
-   Create and maintain service-related forms and documentation
-   Support project management in planning and coordination activities
-   Coordinate and communicate with suppliers
-   Assist with goods receipt, packaging, and shipping

-   Interest in service processes and sales-related activities
-   Structured and reliable working approach
-   Enjoyment of collaboration across different interfaces
-   You have analytical and conceptual skills as well as an independent way of working
-   Very good German and good English skills
