**How You'll Make an Impact**  
  

-   Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure continuity of supply.
-   Negotiate contracts and terms to optimize cost and value.
-   Monitor market trends and identify risks and opportunities.
-   Partner with internal teams to define sourcing needs and service levels.
-   Drive continuous improvement and automation through tools like SAP Ariba Guided Buying.
-   Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
-   Recommend and execute frame agreements aligned with business objectives.
-   Support purchasing functions and communicate supply issues proactively.

  
**Your Background**  
  

-   Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
-   3+ years of experience in supply chain or procurement roles.
-   Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, regulations, and ERP systems (SAP experience preferred).
-   Excellent negotiation and project management skills.
-   Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a matrixed environment.
-   Strong communication skills with English proficiency.
