How you'll make an impact

• Evaluate condition monitoring solutions and conduct competitive analysis to recommend build vs. buy strategies.

• Opportunity to shape a critical capability within a world-class digital twin solution by translating CM requirements into product features and defining functional scope for IdentiQ.

• Own the UX strategy for CM features; design user flows and interfaces that make complex data actionable.

• Collaborate with designers, developers, and data experts to deliver CM capabilities and ensure customer success.

• Engaging with customers and partners to gather insights and validate product-market fit.

• Prioritize CM backlog, define success metrics, and monitor feature performance post-launch.

Your background

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.

• 5+ years of experience in condition monitoring, predictive maintenance, asset performance management, or industrial digitalization.

• Strong understanding of CM principles and UX design processes.

• Proven ability to manage technical deliverables in complex, multi-stakeholder projects.

• Excellent communication skills and experience in customer-facing technical discussions.

• Preferred: Hands-on experience with CM technologies (vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis), knowledge of HVDC systems, familiarity with digital twin concepts, SaaS product development, and UX research/design thinking.
