Position summary

losely with our customers to become their first choice for On-Load Tap-Changers and High Voltage Bushings for their transformers

  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, including with transformer manufacturers and end users, who are often utility companies or large industries

  • Follow up on sales opportunities to provide the best possible forecasts

  • Cooperate with the Offer Engineering Department and Tendering Specialists when a customized solution is required. Comfortable interacting with other departments to close out projects

  • Prepare technical/commercial offers by translating customer requirements into appropriate technology solutions and proposals

  • Follow the sales processes to ensure that customer requirements and contracts are effectively handed over to the project management team

  • Establish plans and continuously follow up to ensure that both our short-term and long-term actions are executed as planned

How you'll make an impact

  • We are looking for an engaged, determined and service-oriented individual who can work independently and as part of a team

  • You have a technical background (an electrical and/or mechanical degree), combined with a commercial attitude and expertise

  • You have good communication, negotiation and presentation skills

  • You are structured, persistent, well organized and committed to customer satisfaction

  • Proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships

  • You are a curious person with the drive to challenge yourself and continuously develop

  • Fluency in English and intermediate knowledge of German (written and verbal) is required. Knowledge of other languages would be advantageous
