Your background
Diploma or higher; technical degree preferred.
2 to5+ years supervisory experience.
Strong communication, conflict resolution, and team motivation skills.
Proficiency with S4HANA SAP EWM systems and Lean methodologies.
Skilled in performance monitoring, data analysis, and MS Office tools.
Decisive, adaptable, and problem-solving oriented.
Proficiency in both spoken & written English.
