As an Operations Support Technician, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our manufacturing and service operations run smoothly and efficiently. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.  
**How You'll Make an Impact**

-   Ensure compliance with all external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
-   Monitor and improve performance across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Inventory goals.
-   Promote and participate in Continuous Improvement activities.
-   Complete work orders and enter data into CMMS (SAP) daily.
-   Support continuous improvement initiatives and SAP (CMMS) schedules.
-   Report downtime concerns to the Lead Technician.
-   Submit parts and tool requirements through inventory systems.
-   Assist in managing overall shift performance and communicate work assignments.

**Your Background**

-   High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
-   Experience with mechanical, electrical, and/or fabrication tasks.
-   Basic computer skills, including familiarity with SAP.
-   HVAC and welding experience preferred.
-   Ability to operate industrial equipment such as cranes and forklifts.
-   Ability to read and interpret blueprints and simple schematics.
-   Experience in lean manufacturing (4Q, JIDOKA, 6S) is a plus.
