Responsibilities:
- Drive the development and execution of end to end systems integration testing (E2E SIT) from strategic planning to tactical activities such as evaluating technologies, gathering testing requirements, writing test cases, and creating project, schedule, and communications plans.
- Lead cross-functional teams and multiple simultaneous projects with competing priorities and varying dependencies in various project phases, such as, design & analysis, development & QA, E2E SIT & user acceptance testing, release & L3 support.
- Provide clear requirements for partner and external groups.
- Manage on-shore and off-shore QA teams and set the priority of their deliverables.
- Monitor and assess risks during development lifecycle and help prioritize multiple team projects/requests according to the Business Roadmap.
- Support evaluation, integration, and implementation of third-party technology solutions.
- Manage communication of progress/status within the team and with our partners, while continuing to foster improvement for the whole contractual ecosystem.
- Develop project management for internally developed processes and practices.
Education and Experience Required:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
- 5 years of experience managing software projects from evaluation to design and execution.
- 3 years of experience in designing and/or deploying software programs.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience evaluating software specifications and requirements and understanding success metrics for qualification purposes.
- Applied program management skills with experience influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Adept technical knowledge of emerging industry technologies and trends
- Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in software development lifecycle and Agile development
- Experience in end to end system integration testing
- Leverages recognized domain expertise, business acumen, and experience to influence decisions of executive business leadership, outsourced development partners, and industry standards groups.
- Provides guidance and mentoring to less- experienced staff members to set an example of software systems innovation and excellence.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language.
- Ability to effectively communicate product architectures, design proposals and negotiate options at business unit and executive levels.
