Your Role and Responsibilities: as an Ansible developer, you will be a key contributor to the development and maintenance of the Ansible core and Ansible collections supporting the automation and orchestration of software on the z/OS platform. You will work on the design, coding, and testing of features that enhance the functionality and performance of Ansible, addressing both current and future client needs. Your role will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Support and System Verification, to deliver high-quality software solutions."

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Leadership skills:

• 9 - 12 years of software development experience.

• Hands-on experience in developing language editors and debuggers like Visual Studio Code, IntelliJ IDEA, or Eclipse.

• 3+ years of experience in translating requirement & high level design to low level design documents and work items (stories).

Technical skills

• 5+ years of experience in working with Java, type script and familiar with VS Code environments.

• Solid understanding of ML algorithms such as supervised learning, unsupervised learning, reinforcement learning, and deep learning.

• Skilled in data collection, cleaning, preprocessing, and analysis to build and train AI models.

• Proficient in developing products and offering on Linux/Unix based systems.

• Thorough understanding of source control management tools (GitHub) and Agile Life Cycle Management tools."

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Solid understand of compiler design, language parsers, and interpreters.
• Experience in working with Assembler with knowledge of PLX .
• Proficiency in NLP techniques for understanding and processing code, documentation, and user input.
• solid understanding of test methodologies, frameworks, processes and tools.
