Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Solid working experience both on supply chain planning & order fulfillment operation or consulting
• Planning Management Experience in Fortune 500 companies preferred, including demand planning, S&OP, inventory planning, master planning, material planning, manufacturing planning, order management etc.
• E2E Supply Chain planning business transformation project, process re-engineering project, system implementation or digital transformation project experiences like order fulfilment efficiency improvement, delivery performance improvement, inventory reduction or cost reduction.
• Industry background with good project management and stakeholders' management skills that can learn consulting skills quickly.
• Management consulting background with good project management and proposal development skills.
• Project experiences or certified with digital supply chain planning system implementation

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

1. Bachelor's or Master's Degree, MBA is a plus, majoring in SCM, Operations, Logistics, OE, etc.
2. English: Fluent both oral and written
