Automation Solutions Expertise: Familiar with the design, deployment and post production support needed for at least one of the following implementing automation solutions including automating business processes, integrating business systems, observability, application resource management, and proactive incident management.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Automation Technologies: Experience with one more of the following Automation technologies: WebSphere Application Server, Extreme Scale, Cloud Pak for Automation, Cloud Pak for Integration, Tivoli Monitoring, Instana, Netcool, Watson AI Ops or Turbonomics or the equivalent enterprise solution
