Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Scrum Master certification (CSM PSM I)
Experience playing the Scrum Master role for at least two years for a software development team diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory.
Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
Knowledge of numerous well-documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (for example: numerous Burndown techniques numerous Retrospective formats handling bugs etc)
Knowledge of other Agile approaches: XP Kanban etc.
Knowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques
Provides internal business support through tracking and auditing business processes which will require good skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook mail, and a general understanding of web-based systems.
Compiles and formats data from various business systems to provide dashboards and reports to the business or facilitates tracking of business processes, which will require good skills in Excel functions such as pivot tables, charts, and v-look ups.
IT project administrators may work closely with other corporate departments, such as HR and legal.
