Facility Services Category Manager - German

ng category management activities including driving supplier performance, demand management savings, and increasing category compliance

• You will communicate and negotiate with clients and suppliers through all levels of organization, primary interface to key category client stakeholder

• You will build and maintain open and transparent relationships with business colleagues that contribute to mitigating change resistance

• You will gather and analyze data to provide insights that support decision(s)

Required education

High School Diploma/GED

Preferred education

Bachelor's Degree

Required technical and professional expertise

• Strong decision-making skills and demonstrated negotiation expertise
• Supplier relationship management expertise and client facing skills
• Proactive character and team player attitude
• High levels of personal drive, initiative, and commitment to business goals
• Fluent in German and in English and strong communication skills
• Minimum 3 years of Category Management experience (or 5 years of Strategic Sourcing experience) in Facility Services Category

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Experience with dashboards and reporting tools in general
• Experience with e-sourcing tools
