Your role and responsibilities

BKFM Digital business consultant(Digital asset/DLT)
Senior managing consultant

As a leading proposals and project delivery for IBM's digital asset/DLT business promotion;

This area is a new area for Japan's financial institutions, and it is a period during which domestic banks should also engage in infrastructure development and IT investment with an eye on 2026-7 and beyond as legal revisions and global financial infrastructure transformation progress from 2025 to 2027.

Based on the above, although this position is a consulting manager, I expect him to take on a role that focuses more on sales.

[Main role]

• Identification and identification of customer issues and opportunities in this area based on domestic and overseas market trends

• Development of offerings for domestic financial institutions that leverage the strengths of IBM Global/Japan

• Business Development with major global and domestic player (ISVs and dev SSO partners)

• Lead proposal activities for domestic financial institutions (proposal preparation, customer negotiations, and negotiations), and SME advisory in delivery

• Communication, information collection, and collaboration with IBM Global (IBM Consulting, Technology, Research, CIC, etc.)

• Internal awareness activities within IBM Japan (BKFM, etc.) (knowledge sharing, etc.)

• Business Development and expansion of IBM Japan's business in this area (acquisition of signings)
• Strengthening the capabilities of this area at BKFM Consulting

Required technical and professional expertise

• Knowledge of the business and operations of financial institutions

• Experience and knowledge in the digital asset/DLT domain

• Expereince asset management and corporate finance business and expertise

• Experience in proposal activities

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Consulting Project management experience
