    Your Role and Responsibilities

    CSM is in charge of the implementation of the service in financial indicators, financial project management and customer relations.

    Required Technical and Professional Expertise

    • 4 years of experience leading and managing IT support services projects, such as help desks and on-site support

    • Knowledge of financial contract management

    • Current certifications:

    • ITIL Foundations v3 or v4, PMP or project management specialization.

    Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

    • Other desirables: scrum, design thinking
    • Behavioral skills:
      • Planning and decision
      • Experience in managing multifunctional teams
      • Good communication skills
    • Desirable: Knowledge of English
