Responsible for all transformation projects and meet targets set for Digital workers, improvements in KPI's and value generation for the client by looking at end to end picture and upstream and downstream processes which may not always be in IBM's remit
Transformational Mindset and ability to leverage latest technology.
Should have managed Finance Delivery in the past along with transformation experience
Responsible for tracking and driving all process parameters 'critical to quality' for process delivery
Assist management with career development activities for team members, team leaders and managers, including performance management, feedback, and training
Ensure adequate mentorship and training of team members to ensure process objectives and Customer requirements are met
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Minimum 12- 15 years of experience in Finance and Accounting Delivery and Transformation
Proven experience in creating and developing of value proposition for clients, use cases where actual transformation has been delivered with Productivity, FTE savings or other tangible savings delivered to clients or internal stakeholders
Excellent communication skills, negotiation competence with Client & Stakeholder Management experience
Ability to articulate and present (PowerPoint Skills) to be able to explain challenges, solutions etc in a story telling format
High level of change management experience
Experience in process Transition & Project Management
Proficient in supporting sales team for building compelling use case for prospective clients where transformation has delivered business outcomes to solve complex client problems
Expertise to lead efforts on continuous process improvements and transformation along with carrying out maturity assessments
Proven experience in understanding of end-to-end F&A process. In depth process knowledge in central finance reporting, management reporting and reports
Six Sigma Black Belt Certified from renowned organizations/certification body (ASQ, Benchmark Six Sigma, ISI, KPMG etc.) which includes experience in identifying & leading Kaizen or Lean would be preferred
