    Your Role and Responsibilities

    The team recruiting for this position is working with clients to develop mobile apps and mobile backend, which will be at the centre of DX promoted by major companies.

    1. Consultant
      As a consultant, you will be responsible for fulfilling the role of an agile coach or project manager.

    You will provide consulting services to help clients implement agile methodologies, foster an agile culture, and modernize their internal processes.
    Your responsibilities will also include coaching client's in-house or mixed teams, supporting product owners with backlog management and requirements refinement, as well as serving as a project manager and Scrum Master with a strong understanding of Agile principles.

    1. Engineer
      We are seeking engineers who are committed to continuous learning and staying up-to-date with emerging technologies.
      You will have the opportunity to work with the most appropriate technologies to meet user requirements, and we welcome candidates who are passionate about honing their expertise as software engineers.
      Your responsibilities will involve conducting architectural studies, designing and explaining the functions to be implemented, and carrying out the implementation and testing of these functions.

    1. Consultant
      • Proven experience in establishing and leading agile development teams
      • Possess relevant agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Product Owner, PMI-ACP, etc.
    2. Engineers
      • Minimum 3 years of programming experience in multiple languages.
      • Strong knowledge of computer science principles.

    1.Consultant
    • Proficient in both waterfall and agile system development methodologies
    • Previous experience in providing. support or working with both user and system departments.

    2.Engineers
    • Hands-on experience in designing and developing mobile applications and mobile backends.
    • Previous involvement in large-scale product or service development and operation.
    • Experience in technology selection and code base improvement
    • Ability to design for performance and scalability.
    • Knowledge of object orientation, memory management, and software testing.
    • Certified Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Product Owner, PMI-ACP, PMP, etc.
