    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus across all levels of the organization.

    • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CSCP, CPSM) is a plus.

    Required Technical and Professional Expertise
    • Experience as a manager
    • Over 5 years of experience in Procurement, or over 5 years of experience in negotiating with external business partners in the sales department, etc.
    • Communication skills in English (negotiate price and terms with suppliers, and discuss strategy internally in meetings in English)

    Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
    • Practical experience or systematic knowledge of strategic sourcing in Procurement
    • Experience and skills in negotiating prices with suppliers
    • Contract negotiations with suppliers (experience in English would be preferable)
    • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations and operational experience
    • Project management experience
    • Knowledge of the technology
    • Skills in analyzing data, such as spend and revenue
    • Experience with business transformation, Kaizen
    • Skills to manage internal stakeholders
    • Skills to create a good team environment, and to grow and develop team members
