Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Bachelor's degree in computer systems, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Must have 3-5 yrs experience working with Network/ L1 or L2
3-5yrs experience on Windows Server or Linux Server Administration
Must have previous experience running Windows powershell and cmd commands.
Must have experience on Windows Server Patching and OS level troubleshooting.
ITIL background.
Can do 5 days RTO, open for a shifting schedule and open weekend work.
