Infrastructure Specialist - Windows

The role requires you to perform infrastructure installation and implementation activities, manage systems configuration changes, provisioning, performance management tasks, maintain software/hardware solutions and help oversee the health and stability of the Windows Server environments. Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Demonstrate high level of knowledge in Windows Server Operating Systems
Demonstrate ability to implement and manage security settings using group policy and tools like Ansible
Demonstrate the ability to create baselines using industry standards to secure our Windows environment
Provide technical expertise on projects, ensuring project activities are accurately and successfully delivered
Demonstrate ability to perform OS Upgrades, which includes assessment, planning, communication, and execution.
Utilize Scrum and Jira to track and report progress on projects
The ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment with minimal supervision to achieve project milestones and deadlines
Ability to create dashboards in Service NOW or other tools to provide visibility to the health of our Windows Server environment.
Provide ongoing performance tuning and resource optimization as required
Provide engineering support to our IT operations team and handle escalations from the team to resolve critical issues in the virtual infrastructure environment.
