Position summary

participate in customer support activities resolving complex issues and providing assistance to our customers.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Professional experience with Java SE and/or C/C++

Understanding of relational and/or noSQL databases

Experience with REST APIs, JDBC, shell scripts

Advanced in Linux and Windows

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Proficiency in English
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Modern front-end JavaScript-based technologies (React, Angular)
- Experience with cloud services from AWS, Azure and Google
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes and OpenShift
- Understanding of cloud services and CI/CD processes
- Understanding of SaaS and microservices security aspects
- Knowledge of Apache Flight
- Understanding of Agile/scrum
- Ability to work in complex development environment with development teams spread across the world
