    Your Role and Responsibilities
    • Working closely with the other technical architect to support the technical design and answer to any open question
    • Lead sprint planning sessions with the Product Owner in order to choose the tasks for the next sprint
    • Maintain the communication between internal stakeholders and technical architects in order to support the refinement of the requirements
    • Manage the creation of userstories and create acceptance criteria for each task
    • Support the development and testing process by mentoring team members and answer to open questions
    • Create release notes and lead trainings/enablement sessions with the client

    Required Technical and Professional Expertise
    • Salesforce Administrator Certification required, ideally Sales and Service Cloud Consultant certifications
    • Scrum methodology experience working with sprints
    • Confidence in standard and advanced configuration in Salesforce (e.g. Fields, Record Types, Page Layouts, Flows, Simple Automations);
    • Ability to understand the client's business and deep dive into specific requirements
    • Previous exposure to tools like Confluence, Jira
    • Very good communication skills. Ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience and tailor communication to the audience
    • Ability to work with stakeholders and the team, and provide direction and guidance to junior members
    • Capability to take ownership of features, adhere to QA standards, and leverage previous project experience
    • Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
    • Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently and be self-driven
    • Very good English language skills and Romanian knowledge mandatory
