Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Experience of at least two end to end Oracle UK HCM Cloud implementations.
Experience of two or more of the following Oracle HCM Cloud modules - Core HR, Talent, Performance, Recruit, HR Helpdesk, Learn and a good understanding of how HCM fits into the end to end design with other Oracle pillars e.g. Finance.
Excellent client facing skills and the ability to liaise with clients at all levels of seniority.
Experience of being customer focussed with strong documentation skills and able to work independently and unsupervised.
The ability to provide innovative, creative and practical solutions, whilst delivering value.
