Your primary responsibilities include:
Build, automate and release solutions based on clients priorities and requirements.
Explore and discover risks and resolving issues that affect release scope, schedule and quality and bring to the table potential solutions.
Make sure that all integration solutions meet the client specifications and are delivered on time.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Experience of SAP HR processes across the areas as : Payroll on-premise (European Payroll preferably Germany Payroll) & Replication / Data migration
Knowledge of EU Directives that regulate working hours, minimum wages, holiday entitlements, and data protection (GDPR).
Familiarity with Country specific Regulations pertaining to unique tax laws, social security systems, and employment regulations that payroll systems must comply with.
Familiarity with special features of Germany Payroll pertaining to Income Tax, Solidarity Surcharge, Church Tax, etc.
Experience in Social Security contributions like Health Insurance, Pension Insurance, Unemployment Insurance, Long Term Care Insurance, Accident Insurance. & Proficiency in configuring time management functionality in SAP HR to track standard work hours, minimum wages and Leave Entitlements.
