Maintain Job Architecture - including job classifications (and country-specific fields), pay grades
Maintain Pay Structures - pay components, pay component groups, pay scale information, pay ranges
Maintain Benefits configuration - including plans, eligibility, coverages and enrollment processes
Perform manual and bulk data updates as necessary
Liaise with other teams such as Integrations, Payroll, Security, and other third party systems to ensure seamless delivery of business requirements in the system
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for configuration changes performed by peers
Communicate change impact to stakeholders
Review, assess and deliver SuccessFactors system upgrades
