• Maintain Job Architecture - including job classifications (and country-specific fields), pay grades

• Maintain Pay Structures - pay components, pay component groups, pay scale information, pay ranges

• Maintain Benefits configuration - including plans, eligibility, coverages and enrollment processes

• Perform manual and bulk data updates as necessary

• Liaise with other teams such as Integrations, Payroll, Security, and other third party systems to ensure seamless delivery of business requirements in the system

• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for configuration changes performed by peers

• Communicate change impact to stakeholders

• Review, assess and deliver SuccessFactors system upgrades

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• SuccessFactors Employee Central (configuration), 1-2 years

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• HR Technology or Compensation & Benefits background, 1-2 years
