Your Role and Responsibilities
As a consultant you will serve as a client-facing practitioner who leads and implements expert services utilizing the breadth of IBM's offerings and technologies. A successful Consultant is regarded by clients as a trusted business advisor who collaborates to provide innovative solutions used to solve the most challenging business problems.
You will work on projects that help clients integrate strategy, process, technology, and information to increase effectiveness, reduce costs and improve profit and shareholder value. You can take advantage of opportunities to master new skills, work across different disciplines, move into new challenges and develop a robust understanding of different industries.
Your primary responsibilities include:
You will collaborate closely with our clients and demonstrate professional knowledge to ensure that the work products and delivery are of the highest level to ensure client satisfaction.
Delivery advisory services to the IT Function of organizations: CIO/CTO/CDO
Lead large-scale, global work streams requiring specific knowledge of SAP within your functional or industry area of expertise.
Leading teams of junior on-shore and off-shore resources to mobilize and deliver SAP solutions with Go-to-Market activities.
Deconstruct key business problems to identify value areas and structure and implement complex technology solutions for clients around SAP solutions.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Overall industry experience of 12+ years and 10+ years of SAP experience in applicable module(s) - including complete project life-cycle experience as well as maintenance and enhancement responsibilities.
Managed minimum e-2-e full life cycle implementation of S/4 HANA Greenfield and at least 1 S/4 HANA brownfield projects through all relevant stages of the systems lifecycle from project initiation through to project closure and review.
Lead complex S/4 HANA projects, effective resource planning, technical leadership, and management. There is also enormous potential for you to drive through improvements.
Deliver advisory services in support of technology-enabled business change (integrator selection, vendor selection, application studies, solution architecture, or program diagnostics and recovery)
Independently plans installs, integrates, and validates systems software and hardware solutions, Leads technical change implementation across environments.
