Maintain a strong presence as a market thought leader and evangelist through various channels such as LinkedIn, news articles, and keynote speaking engagements.
Coach and develop sales team members to foster talent and maintain a high-performance culture.
Address any concerns or challenges within the sales function proactively and constructively.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Technical Sales Specialization: Expertise in technical sales, specializing in cloud, data, AI, security, storage, or automation.
Solution Alignment: Proven ability to align technical solutions with client needs and clearly convey their business value.
Quota Overachievement: Demonstrated track record of consistent overachievement of sales quotas in complex technical sales.
Effective Communication: Strong communication and networking skills, with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders in deals ranging from $100k to $1 million or more.
Agile Sales Experience: Experience in agile and modern sales methodologies to drive customer engagement.
