Your Role and Responsibilities

• Practices or deployment such as MLOPS, for monitoring and maintaining AI models in production, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition from development to production.

• Principles of Software Engineering, including Agile Development

• Mission in a multidisciplinary team and to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders

• Communication of complex technical concepts in a clear and pedagogical manner, thus facilitating knowledge transfer.

• Analysis and synthesis, resolution of complex problems

• Direct contribution to innovative and strategic projects

• Stimulating work environment, where knowledge sharing and continuous learning are encouraged and valued

• Collaboration with experts from various fields and participation in enriching transversal initiatives

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• AI experience mandatory

• Exprimented as Tech Lead who has put applications into production

• Deep expertise in Machine Learning (ML, LLM), Natural Language Processing (NLP), Deep Learning, Neural Networks and other relevant AI domains

• Programming languages (Python) and AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)

• Fluent in both English and Romanian

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• French language knowledge
