Your Role and Responsibilities
As Lead -Lease Abstraction, you will be responsible for analysing and extracting critical information from commercial real estate lease documents, abstracting lease information into a database, and ensuring the accuracy of the abstracted data.

• Review and analyse complex lease documents to extract critical data including lease terms, rent schedules, renewal options, and tenant and landlord obligations

• Input lease data into a database, ensuring that it is accurate, complete and consistent with the lease document

• Identify and resolve discrepancies in lease data between the lease document and the database

• Communicate with clients, attorneys and leasing agents to clarify lease provisions and resolve any lease-related issues

• Ensure timely delivery of lease abstraction reports to internal and external clients

• Stay up-to-date with industry standards, regulations and best practices related to lease abstraction and commercial real estate leasing

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Graduate with 4-6 Years of experience in lease abstraction, commercial real estate or property management

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with lease management software will be preferred

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Experience of working in a BPO/Shared Services environment with exposure to Global Clients

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate Leases
• Prior experience utilizing a lease database
