borate with clients to gather requirements, provide demos, and conduct training sessions * Troubleshoot and resolve payroll-related issues, including data integration and interface issues * Stay up-to-date with the latest SuccessFactors Payroll releases, features, and best practices * Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects and meet client expectations * Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field * At least 5 solid years of experience in implementing and configuring SuccessFactors Payroll module * In-depth knowledge of SuccessFactors Payroll, including its features, functionality, and best practices * Strong understanding of payroll processes, including tas, compliance, and regulatory requirements * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills * Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and clients * Strong documentation and presentation skills * Certification in SuccessFactors Payroll or equivalent is a plus
