Responsibilities:
• Works with Hiring Managers and Sr Client Search Leads to understand hiring needs.
• Leverages market expertise in distinct strategic skills to identify and acquire best in class talent.
• Accountable for keeping the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) accurately always updated.
• Develops candidate interest for available positions.
• Identifies target companies, user groups, professional associations which could inform search parameters.
• Utilize agile methodologies to facilitate data integrity and system integrations.
• Uses Data/Insights/KPI's to inform and improve search/hiring results.
• May guide other team members to help generate candidate pipeline.
12-month employment contract
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Fluency in English and French (spoken and written).
You must be available to work in a hybrid format, and will need to come to our office located in the América Free Zone - XRQQ+97V, C. Domingueños, Heredia, Costa Rica, 3 times a week
Experience using online sourcing techniques.
Experience building relationships and consulting with Hiring Managers.
Ability to effectively learn new processes and tools.
Ability to analyze reports with data extracted from various ATS tools such as Avanture.
Communicate with various stakeholders.
Curiosity & Growth Mindset.
