Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Test Automation Engineer you'll participate in many aspects of the software development lifecycle, such as create test concepts, test cases and test specifications. You will support to create software that enables your clients' hybrid-cloud and AI journeys.

Your primary responsibilities include:

• Drive test automation to enable continuous testing and DevOps concepts

• Potentially, advise on tooling and setup test environment

• Manage and coordinate test execution, depending on the project setup in close collaboration with the client teams

• Drive failure resolution and continuous improvement in close collaboration with other team members

• Support reporting on test results and test coverage

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level certification or equivalent

• Extensive experience in test automation and requirement engineering

• Good understanding of test methodology and test management in agile projects

• Experience in the design of test plans and test strategies as well as in the execution of test cases and bug fixes

• Proficient in German and English (written & spoken)

• Swiss / EU nationality or valid Swiss work permit
