    Position summary

    nd it is rich with opportunities for design patents, unique interfaces, and data visualizations. You'll play a key role in building experiences that help our customers ensure they get the most out of their data, including data storage, resiliency, and AI enablement.

    • You'll be responsible for project engagements, including deliverables such as concepts, wireframe, interactive prototypes, and specifications.

    • Craft user experiences alongside key product stakeholders to understand and support product business goals, advocate user-centered design industry best practices, and effectively manage design resources.

    • Translate business requirements to end-user needs and create differentiated design solutions.

    • Lead teams in design thinking and agile methodologies.

    • You'll be working with a highly motivated and skilled design team passionate about the outcomes they design and deliver to our users.

    Required Technical and Professional Expertise

    • At least 6 years of experience in solving complex user problems through user interface design, creating mock-ups and prototypes, as well as documenting interaction patterns for product UIs.

    • Bachelor's Degree in Design (interaction, user experience or HCI), or equivalent professional experience.

    • Excellent listening, written, verbal communication skills, storytelling, and documentation skills.

    • Analytical, creative, and strategic thinker - able to develop innovative solutions to business problems.

    • A portfolio of previous work must be presented incorporating UI designs and/or sketches that demonstrate an understanding of wireframing, interaction design, and design best practices.

    • Hands-on expertise in use case development, storyboarding, mock-ups, and highly interactive prototypes.

    • Expertise in collaborating with user research.

    Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

    • Master's Degree in Design (interaction, user experience, or HCI) or related field.
    • Experience designing for complex systems.
