About the role:

The Firmwide Analytics and Initiatives department at iCapital supports five core functions: Strategic Planning, Business Analytics, New Activities, Merger and Acquisition Integration, and Global Proposals.

Strategic Planning partners with senior leadership to structure, implement, and monitor key initiatives that enhance iCapital's market position and operational scale. Working in close alignment, Business Analytics manages key performance indicators (KPIs) and develops insights that inform strategic decision-making across the firm. To support growth and innovation, New Activities assesses new business opportunities for operational readiness and ensures alignment with internal standards. When expansion involves acquisitions, Merger and Acquisition Integrations leads the planning and execution of end-to-end integration efforts, ensuring acquired businesses align with iCapital's operating model and strategic goals. The Global Proposals oversees iCapital's responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs), and other client inquiries, ensuring consistent, high-quality communication that reflects the firm's capabilities and value proposition.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to rotate through these functions, gaining hands-on experience and valuable insights into each area.

• Rotate across the Firmwide Analytics and Initiatives team functions to gain an understanding of each area's objective and operating model.
• Track and evaluate the execution of strategic initiatives against growth objectives.
• Develop and maintain business intelligence dashboards to monitor KPIs.
• Analyze data from across the organization to inform business decisions.
• Assist in the preparation and completion of DDQs, RFPs, and RFIs.

• Possess foundational knowledge of and/or genuine interest in the financial markets
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Able to adapt to new responsibilities and manage competing priorities
• Technologically proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Eligibility:

• A rising junior or senior in a U.S. college/university bachelor's degree program
• Must be available to work the duration of the program from June 8th through August 7th to be eligible
• Committed to working five days a week in the New York City office for the entire duration of the internship
• Authorized to work in the United States*

Pay Rate: $42.00/hour + relocation stipend and transportation stipend
