    Position summary

    s creates an opportunity for a seasoned private market product professional to join a fast-paced, rapid-growth environment.

    This role can be based out of London or Zurich.

    Responsibilities

    • Work with a team of Fund Management & Research colleagues who are responsible for new product development, product structuring, manager and fund due diligence, manager. onboarding, and fund lifecycle management. This team stands at the heart of iCapital's growth into new markets and fund structures.

    • Work with key clients (both asset managers and wealth managers) in helping to structure and launch funds.

    • Identify market opportunities and trends and develop required strategy to deliver appropriate vehicles and investment product.

    • Lead projects related to onboarding new funds and working across the organisation to ensure on-time and successful completion.

    • Follow relevant regulatory changes and develop plans to address.

    • Oversee and support the preparation of various materials needed to market new funds.

    • Document and maintain various governance systems related to ongoing fund management.

    • As part of the international team, this role will work closely with European colleagues and lead efforts to expand iCapital's offering to include European (and potentially other) fund structures. This includes:

    • Lead projects onboarding new funds including responsibilities assigned to you.

    • Help drive decisions on entering new markets and adding new fund structures to our menu.

    • Help shape iCapital's service offering across various fund structures.

    • Prepare and present new funds to various decision-making groups.

    • Assist in various fund launch activities.

    • Assist with ad hoc requests.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree and/or master's degree in relevant field
    • 10 years of relevant experience, preferably with private markets fund management, structuring and administration - likely working at an alternative investment manager, wealth manager or legal firm
    • Experience in private markets and other alternative funds, co-investment, and EU (e.g. Luxembourg, Ireland) and Cayman structures. Experience with ELTIFs and solutions appropriate to the European 'non-professional' investor universe is a significant advantage
    • Thorough understanding of European regulatory regimes and requirements
    • Thorough understanding of the lifecycle and operational processes of alternative investments
    • Wealth Management experience a plus
    • Positive attitude, and a desire to work in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment and a fun, small but growing team
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise assignments
    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Fluency in English required, other European languages a plus-strong verbal and written communication skills
