We are looking for an experienced designer to join our growing, multidisciplinary team focusing on Indeed’s applications experience. An Associate UX Designer works with other members of the UX team supporting our Product and Engineering teams, validating new ideas and improving the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) of our products. This role will be working closely with team members in the APAC region. It is preferred that the candidate be based in the PST or APAC region. What would you be doing? Deliver UX designs and improvements to create the best experience for job seekers Collaborate with product management, engineering and UX on with a clear understanding of the designer’s role at each phase of the process Partner with user research and data science to ensure the customer’s voice is incorporated into the design process Collaborating with teams that are both co-located and globally distributed Using customer-centric, data-informed design methodology Who You Are Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (UX/Visual Design, Human Computer Interaction, Information Design, Graphic Design, or similar degrees preferred). 2+ years professional experience working in product user experience Experience in consumer-facing interactive experiences, large-scale websites, or native applications Expertise in multiple areas of UX design, including interaction design and visual design Familiar with the design process from start to end Iterates rapidly as ideas emerge and priorities change Who We Are We are a fast-moving, data-driven UX team building the most popular job site on the planet. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
