This Role: You’re obsessed with Indeed customers & ensuring they get the most value out of Indeed’s products. You are able to put yourself in the customer’s shoes to understand their unique perspective while striving for excellent customer service—every customer problem is important to you, no matter how small. A whiz with data, you’re able to glean invaluable qualitative and quantitative insights from customer performance data. You don’t believe in doing things the same way they’ve always been done—you recognize opportunity for change. What You’ll Do: Be the subject matter expert on aligned sales verticals Problem solve, analyze data, and present findings in a way that helps sales to optimize revenue potential via customized sales presentations Support account managers by providing actionable insights and recommendations on campaign & product investments Work lock-in-step with account managers to distill customer pain-points, strategize on client narratives, & navigate resources Who You Are Fluency in both Dutch and English languages 3+ years of direct experience in either Tech/SaaS sales, research & insights, account management, business analytics, or solutions architecture Excellent time management, prioritization, negotiation, and customer service skills Advanced communication skills with the ability to prepare and present analyses & data Advanced in MS Office with strong emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel Working knowledge of SQL Proficient with a known data visualization tool(s) (Tableau or equivalent) Strong deductive reasoning and problem solving skills Who We Are Our Sales force helps transform the hiring process by providing companies an easy and effective way to find the right fit for every hire.
