Director, Outside Sales - Logistics

Salary Range London 69,000 - 103,000 GBP per year Your Job We’re looking for a Director of Sales to drive sales expansion for the company. You will have excellent communication and leadership skills and a desire to help more organizations find and hire great people. You may have had a previous role as a Head of Sales, New Business Development Director or Sales Manager. Responsibilities You will hire, manage and develop a team of Sales Executives, direct the sales process, including prospect targeting, qualifying, and positioning of Indeed products and services Lead new business generation and up-selling of existing advertisers Ensure delivery of monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals and manage a weekly revenue forecast Adhere to sales business rules, practices and policies to sales territories Who You Are 10+ years of sales experience 5+ years of sales management experience Experience managing complex global accounts Experience with interactive media, especially SEM and pay-per-click products Successful track record in sales-driven environments and superior leadership skills Up to 50% travel expected Who We Are Our Sales force helps transform the hiring process by providing companies an easy and effective way to find the right fit for every hire.
