Salary Range SF Bay Area 242,000 - 350,000 USD per year Your Job As a Product Director in the Enterprise Advertising team, you will be responsible for creating strategies and driving initiatives that enable large employers to effectively manage their jobs and spend on Indeed. In this role, you will work with other product and business leaders to identify needs of large employers, define solutions and product offerings that meet those needs, and manage teams that deliver them. You will put together plans that translate high level business objectives into actionable projects, and orient your teams to execute effectively. You will be working closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, UI/UX teams located across the globe. You will manage a team of Product Managers based in US, APAC, and EU. Our team is globally distributed, and currently, the majority of employees work remotely. Upon offices reopening post-COVID, all roles on this team will have the flexibility to return to the office or remain remote. Who You Are Minimum requirements 6+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of successfully launching products (at least half of it from building consumer-facing products) 2+ years of experience hiring, managing and developing product managers (individual contributors and people managers) Experience with enterprise software or online advertising systems Design or user experience background strongly preferred Demonstrated success in building and scaling enterprise products Experience growing and managing multiple product development teams Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority Demonstrated ability to prioritize, communicate priorities and corresponding product roadmap across functions and geographies Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Nice to haves Demonstrated success nurturing and growing geographically distributed teams Who We Are We are a Product team driven by data, and focused on building the most popular job site on the planet.
