Salary Range Dublin 52,000 - 66,000 EUR per year Your Job As trusted advisors to the sales organization and our clients, our team helps drive growth and scale through objective analysis, operations & planning, and strategic initiatives. We partner closely with sales leadership to develop data-driven client strategies and planning to power our 3,000+ strong sales organization. Responsibilities: Plan, implement and manage a cohesive account management strategy for assigned global accounts. Resolve client technical challenges and implement scalable aggregation, tracking, and campaign management methods that support your clients across all countries. Partner closely with CS and Sales on inbound requests for multi-country client strategy, including but not limited to, delivering proposals, setup guidance, performance analysis and client demos. Manage internal and external communication channels to drive collaboration and growth within your global brands and territory. Work closely with all client-facing partners to organize efforts within a global account such as tracking, analyzing and demonstrating opportunity and return on investment. Who You Are 5+ years relevant experience as a senior account executive or manager or similar position. International business acumen and background developing and executing client strategy for brands with a global footprint. Experience working with international clients in a sales, customer service, strategy, operations, project/program management, and/or consulting capacity preferred. Experienced in the implementation of new tactics, partnerships, and data-driven narratives to optimize and grow your client’s international investment. Resourceful, innovative, process-driven, focused on solutions, and delivering best-in-class support to global clients. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (up to 50%) to meet with clients or internal stakeholders. (Depending on Covid guidelines) Knowledge of basic HTML, Boolean, SEO, Gmail (including Google Suite/Google Docs), Salesforce/CRM, Excel, and JIRA ticketing systems desired.
