International Product Analyst

Salary Range India 1,480,000 - 2,220,000 INR per year Your Job We are looking for someone who has experience with web or tech products, loves to crunch numbers, and has comprehensive knowledge of the India market. You will act as the subject matter expert supporting Indeed products as they relate to India. Responsibilities: Act as a market expert providing feedback and guidance on our product portfolio for India: Learn all areas of our product to become a market expert for product-related needs. Research Indeed product performance within your markets to help identify areas of improvement and provide evidence-based proposals to address them. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define product requirements for your market. Leverage proprietary software to analyze performance data and run and analyze A/B tests. Support partner teams (e.g. Legal, Marketing) in identifying and resolving any market-specific issues. Support your team in executing roadmaps that align with departmental strategy and OKRs by delivering high-quality work and prioritizing appropriately. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business field (including Finance, MIS, Economics, or a closely related business analytics field) or equivalent experience. 2 years of relevant work experience In-depth familiarity with and knowledge of India culture from extensive experience working and/or living in India Excited about web and mobile technology Expert written and verbal communication skills in English Strong quantitative and analytical skills to recognize patterns and issues specific to the India market Passion for digging into a problem and providing simple solutions Proven multi-tasker who can work independently and across functional teams Detail-oriented and extremely organized Preferred: Expert written and verbal communication skills in Hindi Master’s degree in an aforementioned field 2+ years of work experience Project management experience A/B testing experience Experience with the following software: G Suite, SQL, Tableau Web analytics and SEM/SEO experience is a plus Who We Are We are a Product team driven by data, and focused on building the most popular job site on the planet.
