Salary Range US Remote 105,000 - 157,000 USD per year Your Job Your Job As a Lead Product Strategist at Indeed you will deliver insights to support key business decisions, deliver on strategic initiatives, and support the Product organization by identifying partnership and value-creation opportunities across the business. You will be responsible for recommending, designing and implementing third party integrations to create easy interoperability with Indeed. This may also include developing partner programs and incentives, creating working models for supporting teams, and providing ROI analysis to leadership. You will work closely with partnership teams across Indeed to ensure successful adoption. Responsibilities Independently identify, measure and track core product and business levers: size opportunities for improvement, identify potential problems and solutions, diagnose root cause, and conduct ad hoc analyses as needed Proactively create and deliver accurate, high-quality, thoughtfully designed reports and analyses to operational and strategic questions. Influence key stakeholders to define and adopt appropriate metrics, goals and processes to achieve business objectives Independently structure and execute analysis yourself, whether it’s doing queries in SQL/IQL, searching through logs, building a Google sheets model or using the plethora of in-house tools for analyzing data Work hand-in-hand with Product Management, Marketing, and Partnership Platforms to define the roadmap and develop go-to-market strategies that drive long term product adoption and revenue growth Select appropriate methodologies, best practices, or models to inform product strategy Determine the best approach to accomplish project goals, own execution with limited direction and oftentimes run multiple projects simultaneously Assess competitive challenges, understand Partner ecosystem needs and requirements, and deliver clear strategic recommendations Who You Are Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree preferred, preferably in an analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Economics, Finance etc.) 7+ years of business analysis experience Experience in marketplaces, adtech, HRtech, management consulting or similar businesses preferred Advanced proficiency conducting analysis, proficiency in business modeling required and exceptional analysis skills using spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets). Ability to combine data from various sources Proficient with SQL, Python, R, Tableau or other advanced analytics experience a plus Sound business judgment and strategic thinking - desire and ability to understand the overall needs and objectives of the business Exceptional organizational skills with high attention to detail High EQ and ability to build strong relationships throughout the organization, including with senior leadership Self-driven and proactive; able to confidently lead workstreams or projects with limited guidance Strong communication, synthesis, and project management skills A "get things done" mentality.
