Design Merger & Acquisition (M&A) and investment strategy in specific industries. Manage multiple strategic M&A and investment initiatives. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a closely related field; Five years of experience in project management for long-term and multiple projects simultaneously; Five years of experience in data analysis and problem solving; Five years of experience conducting due diligence of acquisition targets; Five years of experience conducting financial modeling for valuation and forecasting for M&A opportunities (including modeling of different business cases); Three years of experience working with stakeholders across multiple functions and teams; Three years of experience working in facilitation and communication to engage cross-functional and cross-border teams; and Three years of work experience presenting and selling ideas across various audiences.
