Salary Range SF Bay Area 138,000 - 200,000 USD per year Your Job Support Corporate Development efforts to create an overall corporate strategy. Design Merger & Acquisition (M&A) and investment strategy in specific industries. Manage multiple strategic M&A and investment initiatives. Analyze strategic markets and provide intelligence to key internal stakeholders. Identify, screen, and value M&A and investment opportunities. Drive all aspects of M&A process including valuation, term sheet preparation, due diligence, and negotiations. Facilitate cross-functional teams to execute M&A deals. Drive internal decision-making processes. Lead transition from deal execution to integration. Who You Are Responsibilities: Support Corporate Development efforts to create an overall corporate strategy. Design Merger & Acquisition (M&A) and investment strategy in specific industries. Manage multiple strategic M&A and investment initiatives. Analyze strategic markets and provide intelligence to key internal stakeholders. Identify, screen, and value M&A and investment opportunities. Drive all aspects of M&A process including valuation, term sheet preparation, due diligence, and negotiations. Facilitate cross-functional teams to execute M&A deals. Drive internal decision-making processes. Lead transition from deal execution to integration. Position is in San Francisco, California. Up to 100% telecommuting from anywhere in the U.S. is permitted. Up to 40% travel to visit partners and team members is required for this role. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a closely related field; Five years of experience in project management for long-term and multiple projects simultaneously; Five years of experience in data analysis and problem solving; Five years of experience conducting due diligence of acquisition targets; Five years of experience conducting financial modeling for valuation and forecasting for M&A opportunities (including modeling of different business cases); Three years of experience working with stakeholders across multiple functions and teams; Three years of experience working in facilitation and communication to engage cross-functional and cross-border teams; and Three years of work experience presenting and selling ideas across various audiences.
