Salary Range US Remote 122,000 - 178,000 USD per year Your Job As the Manager of Product Operations, you will be working in the Strategy & Operations group within the Business Technology organization to drive impactful, customer centric product development across Product, Engineering, UX and Program teams. You are strategically minded, an influencer, driver for change and focused on customers and business performance with quality. Who You Are Experience working with product, engineering, program, and UX leaders - serving as a thought partner with a bias towards practical product execution 5-8 years of progressive experience in a combination of product operations, product management, consulting, project / program management or related discipline required 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional projects / programs 1+ year of experience managing or mentoring others Advanced knowledge of product development, operations, processes and product / project management tools; understanding of change management, knowledge management and project management concepts. Ability to exercise influence while working cross functionally and building relationships. Skills and competencies include project management, process mapping, strategic mindset, and organizational agility, creative thinking, achievement oriented, collaborative, highly adaptable, comfortable with ambiguity, and ability to plan, organize and get work done through others. Experience working with product and engineering leaders - serving as a thought partner with a bias towards practical product execution Significant cross-functional project management experience with ability to drive through obstacles and manage to deadlines Experience contributing to business strategy, reorganizing and restructuring operations, merging business operations, and leading large scale initiatives. Capable of working on multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, highly collaborative, able to build long-term relationships with cross-functional teams. Strong problem solver (to include process redesign, root cause analysis, and cost/benefit analysis) Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication. Experience presenting to senior levels of company leadership, e.g. VP or Group Manager. Exceptional problem solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
