Who You Are BS in Computer Science or related area, or relevant work experience and proven success working in an individual contributor leadership role for top tech companies 10+ years of experience managing large-scale software development and a strong ability to coach developers, helping them improve their skills and grow their careers Solid knowledge of data structures and algorithms and excellent programming skills An understanding of the value derived from shipping code rapidly to production and learning/iterating on the results A deep understanding of the web and strong knowledge of databases, both SQL and NoSQL Experience with service-oriented and event-driven system architectures and building high-performance distributed systems Who We Are The Business Technology organization oversees the technology and platforms that internal Indeed teams rely on to run the business, support employees, as well as market to, sell to, and support customers. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
