What we are looking For 5+ years of Salesforce.com (or comparable CRM) experience as an admin, architect, project, program, or product manager. 5+ years' experience of Software Development Lifecycle, leveraging agile practices. 5+ years successful delivery track record Experience integrating 3rd party applications with Salesforce (ERP, AppExchange, Mulesoft etc.) Experience with sales/service technologies (e.g. CRM, multi-channel communications, commissions calculator, predictive content generators, etc.) Experience with cross-team initiatives a plus The desire to solve tough problems at scale An understanding of the value derived from shipping code rapidly to production and learning/iterating on the results. Experience extracting requirements from internal customers and stakeholders Experience balancing priorities and dependencies across numerous initiatives and complex project plans. Ability to make data-driven business decisions Experience simplifying complexity and effectively communicating with your internal team as well as business stakeholders Proven ability to define the vision for your product, set goals for the team, and drive meaningful impact Own the roadmap.
